We have discussed some intriguing advantages for improving the workplace and health in earlier articles. However, that’s not all we can offer our employees. Today, we are going to look at our referral program, which has a number of advantages for both finding new employees and keeping the ones we already have.
We firmly believe in the value of personal recommendations and are aware that a successful and positive work environment depends on a new hire who fits in both professionally and interpersonally with our team. Because of this, the foundation of our recruitment strategy is our referral program.
How does it work?
If one of our coworkers knows someone who would be the ideal candidate for the open position, they will let us know and put us in touch with the candidate. After the candidate successfully completes the probationary period, the recommender will receive compensation.
The bonuses are:
- 15,000 CZK for a part-time employee.
- 30,000 CZK for a full-time employee.
This bonus is not tied to just one referral. Our colleagues can refer multiple candidates and thus receive more financial rewards, as long as they pass our recruitment process.
More than you might imagine, our referral program has a significant effect. It not only aids in the discovery of new talent but also improves the dynamics and cohesiveness of our team. Our entire team feels more closely connected when you mention a person you know well and who shares similar values and interests, and working together becomes much simpler and more natural.
